Capra Finance Ltd is a UK business finance broker. Our company number is 17443060. We are not a lender. We help UK businesses, suppliers and dealers explore business finance options and, where appropriate, introduce proposals to lenders, funders or finance partners.

Business finance only

Our website, quotes and services are intended for business finance. We do not arrange personal consumer finance or finance for cars used for personal purposes.

Quotes and illustrations

Figures shown on the website, in calculators or in example quotes are illustrative unless we expressly confirm otherwise. Any finance offer is subject to lender assessment, credit approval, asset checks, supplier checks, documentation and final agreement terms.

How we work

We may collect information from you, your business, a supplier or dealer, and public sources such as Companies House. We use that information to understand the proposal and identify suitable funding routes. Where you ask us to proceed, we may share relevant information with lenders, funders or finance partners.

Fees and commission

We may receive commission or other payment from a lender, funder or finance partner if finance is completed. If any broker, arrangement or administration fee applies to you, we will tell you before you commit. We do not hide fees in small print.

Tax, VAT and accounting

Information on this website is general information, not tax, accounting or legal advice. VAT recovery, capital allowances, balance sheet treatment and deductibility depend on your business, your accounts and the exact agreement. You should confirm the detail with your accountant before entering into finance.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Tell us if anything material changes before finance completes.
• Make sure you have authority to act for the business.
• Read all lender documents before signing.
• Keep portal login details secure and do not share access without authority.

Use of Capra Connect

Capra Connect is provided to support supplier and dealer finance journeys. You must not misuse the portal, upload unlawful or harmful material, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with security, or use the system for anything outside genuine business finance activity.

Website availability

We aim to keep the website and portal available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website where needed for maintenance, security, improvement or operational reasons.

Liability

We are responsible for losses that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, indirect loss or decisions made using illustrative information on the website. Nothing in these terms guarantees that finance will be approved.

The Capra Finance name, Capra Connect name, design, copy, page content and website assets belong to Capra Finance Ltd or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for normal business purposes, but you must not copy, reproduce or reuse the website as your own.
